Flying characteristics improvements

The Hornet II flies very smooth across the whole wind window with good power control
through the rear lines. The power build-up is very predictable. The Hornet II does deliver
good power to get you going on a board or in a buggy with ease. It is an efficient kite for its
AR. The Hornet II is very easy to control and you can position the kite exactly where you
want it. Also in terms of launching, re-launching and landing, the Hornet II is easy to handle.

• Refined profile improving flying behaviour.
• 40D Mirai top and bottom skin, 70D Mirai profiles.
• Webbing to reinforce cross-vents, improving durability.
• Webbing in LE to reinforce the air intakes.
• The bottom skin is attached to the profiles using a double stitched seam, reinforcing
the bridle points.
• Stitched Dyneema bridle.
• Simplified top line bridle (only 2 bridle lines per profile) to reduce bridle tangles.
• Dirt channel in the trailing edge, to allow sand and other dirt to go from the center
cells to the tips for easy cleaning.
• Velcro dirtouts in the tips, to remove sand and other dirt from the kite.
• Velcro bridle loop, to secure your bridle and prevent it from getting tangled when
packing up.
• New 4-line handles.
• New bag design.
